The Christmas Joy Store is New Zealand’s first social toy store that provides the gift of kindness and the dignity of choice. The Christmas Joy Store invites referred parents and caregivers to choose gifts and treats for their children that they know they'll love, off the shelves, shopping for free. 2023 was the third year for the Joy Store in Auckland and the first year for our second store, which opened in Hawke’s Bay.

For 10 years the Kindness Collective has been providing Christmas to children in need, and so far have delivered toys and treats to over 42,675 children.

The Christmas Joy Store included a food market this year so we could support families with a selection of treats and food to enjoy over the holiday period.
